Crackers under 1000 is where the catalogue opens up to all eight core families in one basket instead of a handful of quiet handheld pieces. Think of it as a taster combo: one of each type, enough to see what colour, spin, sound and altitude each category actually delivers before you commit a bigger budget to any one of them. Updated 2026 against the live catalogue, so what's listed below is what's actually stocked this season.
How Our Pricing Works
The price shown against any single item is its net rate, and buying one of eight different categories doesn't cost more per piece than buying eight of the same thing, since the discount tag you see is simply how far the printed MRP sits above that net rate, applied uniformly. A taster basket like this one prices out exactly as cleanly as a bigger combo would; there's no assembly premium for mixing categories. The exact total for 2026 always lives on the order screen as refreshed each season, not on this page.
Picks for This Budget
A sampler at this level typically starts with the 7cm Electric Sparkler, a handheld piece good for 20-30 seconds of white-gold light, paired with a Flower Pot Small for a ground fountain that needs no open field. Add a Ground Chakkar Small and you've covered every low-noise, apartment-friendly effect in the range: spin, spark, fountain.
Move up in sound and this budget still has room for a Sound Rocket, which climbs on launch and ends in an aerial bang, best fired from a fixed stand in open ground. An Atom Bomb delivers a single sharp report with no light involved, the loudest single item on this list. A Single Shot Sky Cracker launches once and bursts into colour at altitude, the one true aerial-shell effect this budget can stretch to.
Round it out with a 100 Wala Garland, a short string that fires end to end continuously once lit, and a Pop-Pop Cracker for a no-fuse novelty that kids can handle themselves. Eight categories, one each. That's the shape of this tier.
Burst on open ground, never a balcony or stairwell, and keep a bucket of water and a length of sand within reach. Light one item at a time with an agarbatti at arm's length, and never return to a cracker that failed to go off, douse it after a few minutes. Give children only hand-held sparklers, under an adult's eye, and keep loose synthetic clothing away from every flame.
