These terms govern your use of buyonlinecrackers.com and any order you place. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. Please read section 7 on safe use carefully, fireworks are hazardous goods, and using them carries responsibilities the law places on you.
1. Who We Are
buyonlinecrackers.com ("we", "us") is an online fireworks retailer. We supply crackers sourced from licensed Sivakasi manufacturers and ship them across India by licensed road transport.
2. Eligibility
You may place an order only if you are 18 or older and it is lawful to receive and use fireworks at your delivery location. By ordering you confirm both. We may cancel any order where age or legality cannot be reasonably established.
3. Products & Compliance
All products are sourced from licensed manufacturers. Green crackers carry CSIR-NEERI certification where stated. Shipments move under the Explosives Rules 2008 by licensed transporters. Local usage rules, permitted bursting windows, the NCR green-cracker requirement, and district bans, are set by courts and authorities, and following them is the buyer's responsibility. 4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices shown are net rates and may change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. A minimum order value applies, see the minimum order policy. Accepted payment methods appear at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our confirmation and dispatch form the contract. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, where we cannot lawfully or practically fulfil it, including out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions at your location.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our shipping & delivery policy. Delivery dates are working estimates, not guarantees; festival-season demand and transporter licensing can extend them. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns & Remedies
Fireworks are hazardous, one-way consignments, so returns work differently from ordinary goods. Damage, shortage, and non-delivery are covered by our returns & refunds policy.
7. Safe Use & Your Responsibility
Fireworks are inherently dangerous. You agree to follow the safety instructions, product labels, and all local rules; to keep fireworks away from children except under adult supervision; and to store and light them safely. Once goods are delivered, safe handling, storage, and use are your responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, unsafe handling, or use contrary to instructions or local law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
8. Intellectual Property
The site's text, images, and design are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu. We will always try to resolve a complaint directly first, contact us.
