Fireworks are hazardous goods that ship one way. That shapes what returns can and cannot look like. Instead of a conventional returns process, we run a make-it-right process for anything that arrives wrong. Here it is, stated plainly.
Why Fireworks Can't Be "Returned"
Once a fireworks parcel leaves Sivakasi, it legally cannot travel backwards through normal channels, return shipping of explosives by an unlicensed sender is not permitted under the Explosives Rules 2008. So rather than ask you to ship hazardous goods back, we resolve genuine problems with a replacement or a refund.
What We Cover
Transit damage.
If your parcel arrives with damaged or crushed contents, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos via contact us. Verified damage is resolved with a replacement in the next dispatch or a refund, your choice.
Missing items.
Short-shipped items, once verified against the packing list, are refunded or re-shipped.
Manufacturing duds.
Fireworks are batch products and an occasional dud is normal. An unusually high dud rate in a box, documented, with the box kept and the count noted, earns a proportional credit. Never attempt to re-light a dud; see the safety instructions.
Non-delivery.
If a consignment is confirmed lost by the transporter, you receive a full refund including shipping.
What We Can't Cover
- Change of mind after dispatch. Before dispatch we will cancel with a full refund, so contact us quickly.
- Items stored improperly after delivery, where moisture damage is evident.
- Local bursting restrictions at your location, please check the state rules guide before ordering.
- Duds or damage arising from misuse or unsafe lighting.
