Two Sound Rocket

Most stick rockets fire once and end in a single bang or colour burst at the top of their climb. A two-sound rocket is built differently. It's charged to produce a report on launch and a second, separate bang once it reaches altitude, so you get two distinct sound events from one rocket rather than one.
