Walk into Devaraja Market on any ordinary morning and the pricing is never a single number: marigold garlands, sandalwood soap and incense cones are all sold by weight, by bundle, by box, with the rate shifting stall to stall and season to season. A cracker price list works the same way, and for the same reason, prices move with raw-material cost and season, so this page describes how the crackers price list in Mysuru is structured rather than quoting figures that would be stale within weeks. What follows is the catalogue shape: how items are grouped, how bulk pricing differs from single packs, and where to check the live rate.

Firecracker Rules & Bursting Timings in Mysuru
Before pricing, the legal floor: only stock that clears the national mandate is ever listed for Mysuru, so every catalogue price is already for green-classified crackers, never the barium-salt stock the courts removed from the market.
Whatever the state adds, two nationwide orders come first. Supreme Court, 23 Oct 2018 (WP(C) 728/2015): permitted manufacture/sale of green crackers, banned barium-salt and joined crackers, limited Diwali bursting to a ~2-hour window (commonly 8–10 PM). NGT, 9 Nov & 1 Dec 2020 (O.A. 249/2020): ban on firecrackers in poor-air-quality regions including the NCR. Our green crackers guide explains what the CSIR-NEERI formulations change.
Karnataka's pollution control board sets its own bursting-hour guidance for the state most seasons, and Mysuru follows that yearly notification rather than a standing city-specific hour. None of that changes what is priced, only when it can legally be burst. For anything newer, check the 2026 notification from the Mysuru city police or the Karnataka pollution control board.
How Crackers Are Priced for Mysuru
Pricing on this catalogue follows the same structure a Devaraja Market trader would recognise: unit rate for a single item, a lower per-piece rate once you buy the full box, and a further step down for a full case or carton. Sparklers and small fountains are priced individually or by the packet; sky shots and multi-shot aerial cakes are priced by the cake since each one is a finished, self-contained unit; gift boxes carry one combined price for the whole assortment rather than a sum of parts. Bulk or family-pack pricing kicks in above a threshold quantity, which is the tier most Mysuru households land in once Deepavali or a Dasara-season gathering pushes an order past a handful of items.
Buying for Ugadi in Mysuru
Ugadi is a daytime festival, so flower pots and chakkars outsell aerials, and that also changes the price mix a Mysuru household is shopping for: a daytime order skews toward the lower-ticket fountain and sparkler categories rather than the aerial cakes that dominate a Deepavali cart. See Ugadi crackers for the dedicated selection.
