Hyderabad crackers price list 2026: 124 Standard Fireworks boxes from ₹15, 90% off MRP

A price list means nothing if the stock behind it isn't legal to burst, so the rules come first. Hyderabad's twin police commissionerates, Hyderabad City for the old core and Cyberabad for the Gachibowli-HITEC City corridor, have each recently confirmed bursting only between 8 PM and 10 PM, enforced against the decibel limit the Supreme Court itself set (The Hindu). That order runs as a fixed 48-hour band around Diwali night in recent years, reissued each season rather than fixed permanently, so a catalogue that isn't green-certified is a legal problem regardless of what it costs.

The same national baseline applies before any local rule. Supreme Court, 23 Oct 2018 (WP(C) 728/2015): permitted manufacture/sale of green crackers, banned barium-salt and joined crackers, limited Diwali bursting to a ~2-hour window (commonly 8–10 PM). NGT, 9 Nov & 1 Dec 2020 (O.A. 249/2020): ban on firecrackers in poor-air-quality regions including the NCR. Our green crackers guide explains what the CSIR-NEERI formulations change.

For anything newer, check the 2026 notification from the Hyderabad city police or the Telangana pollution control board.

A Hyderabad order is built from a handful of pack formats rather than a flat per-item rate. Loose packs cover a single category, sparklers or flower pots bought on their own, and suit a household that already knows what it wants. Gift boxes bundle sparklers, fountains and aerials into one assorted pack and are the default for festival gifting between Hyderabad offices and extended families. Family combos scale further, mixing several categories into a single larger pack sized for a full evening's bursting rather than a single box. Bulk or wholesale quantities sit above that, priced per case rather than per box, and suit resident associations or event organisers rather than a single household. Category matters as much as quantity: an aerial-heavy sky-shot pack costs differently from a sparkler-only pack of the same weight, since the manufacturing complexity, not just the raw material, drives the rate. None of that structure changes season to season even though the numbers behind it do, which is why the catalogue itself, not a printed figure, is the reliable reference.
